  • Free Express Shipping on all Australian domestic orders

  • Delivery within 1-3 business days from dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays

 

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping is available for a flat rate of $20

  • Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days, depending on your location

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing in your destination country

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, additional charges such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times vary and may impact delivery estimates. If customs charges are refused, the order may be returned to us and shipping costs may not be refundable. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
