Sizing & Try-Ons
I'm unsure which size to choose.
We understand that every body is unique! Our sizing runs true to the measurements listed in our cm/inch size guide. We also provide a size recommendation tool on each product page to help you choose the best fit.
If you’re still unsure, feel free to reach out with your measurements, usual clothing size, and country, and we’ll provide tailored sizing advice.

Can I try on your swimwear?
As we know it can be difficult buying online, we offer swim and resort wear try-ons at our office for all Sydney-based customers.
Please email us at hello@stasi.com.au or call us on 0481 104 751 to book an appointment. We are available for try-ons Monday to Sunday, 11am–8pm.
Do your bikini tops have padding?
No, our swimwear does not include padding or cups. Instead, we use high-quality, double-lined Italian fabric, offering natural support and coverage without the need for padding.
Are your swim & resort wear pieces adjustable?
Yes, all of our swim and resort wear is designed with adjustability and comfort in mind. We understand that no two bodies are the same, and we want to ensure that every Stàsi piece fits and flatters you perfectly. With adjustable straps, ties, and customisable fits, our designs offer the flexibility to suit your unique shape, ensuring comfort and a flawless fit with every wear.

Our pieces are made using luxurious, sustainable fabric sourced from Italy, crafted from pre and post-consumer materials, and chosen for its softness, durability, and minimal environmental impact. Unlike mass-produced designs, every pattern is hand-drawn or hand-painted in-house, ensuring that each collection carries its own story, infused with the romance of the European coast.
Beyond the artistry of our prints, the details set us apart. From the hand-sewn beads to the careful craftsmanship behind every stitch. We embrace slow fashion, valuing quality over quantity, so that each piece feels as special as the moment you wear it.

How should I care for my Stàsi pieces?
To maintain the quality, shape, and color of your swim and resort wear, follow these care instructions:
- Hand wash only in cold water with mild detergent.
- Do not soak, wring, or tumble dry.
- Lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Avoid rough surfaces that may snag or damage the fabric.
- Ensure it is completely dry before storing away.
Proper care will extend the life of your swim and resort wear, keeping it looking and feeling its best.
How is my order packaged?
We make a conscious effort to be sustainable with all orders are shipped in plastic-free mailers or boxes, ensuring minimal environmental impact. Every piece of packaging is selected with care, prioritsing sustainability without compromising on quality.
We are continuously evolving and improving our sustainability practices, because we believe that making responsible choices should be effortless for you.
Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free express shipping on all Australian domestic orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Standard International Shipping: $20
When ordering internationally, you may face additional charges like duty fees, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. You are responsible for these charges, which aren't included in the product or shipping cost.
Customs processing times vary, affecting delivery estimates. If you refuse to pay customs charges, your order may be returned, and you may not be eligible for a shipping cost refund.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes, email us at hello@stasi.com.au as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any modifications.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. Please reach out to us immediately at hello@stasi.com.au to check. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns for store credit as long as your item meets our return conditions. Email us at hello@stasi.com.au to begin the process of your return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.
Can I return a sale item?
No, all items purchased using a sale or promotional offer cannot be returned or exchanged.
What are the return conditions?
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Items are returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- The protective hygiene liner remains intact.
- The item was not purchased with a promotional offer.
Note: For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. Returns will not be accepted if the hygiene liner is removed or altered. Stàsi reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size, or style preferences. Instead, we provide store credit, which can be used on future purchases.
