Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we offer returns for any change of mind or incorrect sizing up to 30 days after purchase, allowing you plenty of time to make sure your items are right for you. Returns must be lodged via email to hello@stasi.com.au, and we will provide instructions for return shipping. Please note that all return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags and hygiene liners still attached. No odours (including perfumes) are allowed.
- If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
- We only offer store credit for returns, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon inspection.
- If you purchased during a storewide discount or sale, the return will be eligible for store credit based on the amount you paid at the time of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a return or exchange. If deemed faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping Protection:
- We recommend purchasing shipping protection when returning your item, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns without it. If you opt to purchase shipping protection, this option will be available when processing your return. Without this, Stasi is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Process:
- Once we have received your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed and assessed. If the item meets all return conditions, a store credit will be issued to your account.
- If your item is returned within the conditions but is deemed non-faulty, the return will be processed as store credit
Non-Returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, items purchased during clearance sales, gift cards, and personalised or custom-made products are non-returnable.
International Returns:
- For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, customs duties or taxes paid will not be refunded.
Proof of Purchase:
- All returns require proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Amendments to the Policy:
