- All Australian orders over $199 receive free express shipping.
- Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Australia.
- Express shipping is available for 1-3 business days.
- International shipping is available to select countries, with delivery times and fees varying by destination.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, but may experience slight delays during high-volume periods like launches, sales, or holidays.
- Shipping protection can be purchased at checkout. Stàsi is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
- Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order, as Stàsi is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
